Job 18:13-14

13It consumes the parts of his skin;
athe firstborn of death consumes his limbs.
14He is torn from the tent in which he trusted

his life from cperishing by the sword.
19 “Man is also rebuked with pain on his bed
and with continual strife in his dbones,

27He sings before men and says:
‘I tsinned and perverted what was right,
and it was not repaid to me.
28He has redeemed my usoul from going down vinto the pit,
and my life shall wlook upon the light.’

Psalms 88:4-8

4I am counted among those who xgo down to the pit;
I am a man who has no strength,
5like one set loose among the dead,
like the slain that lie in the grave,
like those whom yyou remember no more,
for they are zcut off from your hand.
6You have put me in aathe depths of the pit,
